Our History
O.D. Business Solutions isn’t just a consulting firm; we’re the Olivia Pope of the business world.
Founded by Oriana Dominique, a business strategist known for fixing the unfixable, O.D. Business Solutions was born from a clear need in the market: small businesses, influencers, and entrepreneurs weren’t just struggling with HR. They were facing reputation crises, broken systems, inconsistent branding, and stalled growth.
Originally launched as Global HR & Associates in 2022, the company began with a focus on solving people problems and strengthening internal operations. But as Oriana’s vision evolved and client demand increased, it became clear: businesses needed more than support, they needed full-scale transformation.
That evolution led to the creation of O.D. Business Solutions, a multidisciplinary firm focused on repairing, rebranding, and rebuilding businesses from the inside out.
